I am trying to use message properties for my form labels but I'm stuck 
for the trying to figure out how to use the fmt:message for the 
html:submit value.  Can someone give an example or point me to one that 
allows me to do this?

<html:submit value=<fmt:message key="label.Submit"/>/> doesn't work.
