[studs-user] studs 0.9.6 is out!

Alright folks, you asked for it.  Studs MVC Framework+ is now PHP 5
compliant!  It took a bit of hacking to work around all the new
reserved keywords and requirements, but we got it done!
Go grab it today, bend it, twist it and see if it works for you.

Short list of new features:

 - php5 support
 - template tag library for Studs
 - bug fixes
