Title:    GPU-Accelerated Implementation of Gibbs Priors in STIR Using Object-Oriented Design

Abstract:  In this talk I will present the implementation of GPU support for Gibbs priors within the STIR framework. The work is based on a class-based design that extends STIR's modular structure to enable efficient parallelization on modern GPUs. I will discuss the motivation, design choices, and integration with existing STIR components, as well as preliminary performance results. This approach provides a flexible foundation for accelerating penalized likelihood reconstruction methods.
