Tool bar inconsistencies

While creating the 3rd installment of my 'Secrets of the STeem Emulator" video on YouTube, I encountered a few difficulties with the Tool and Menu bars.

    1. Tool/Menu bars

If we are in windowed mode, the normal display of the Tool bar and menu are fine. But...

    • If you click on the Menu bar, Tools and then in the list "Tool Bar", it doesn't hide the Tool Bar.
    • Same if it is clicked from the Window bar right-click menu. But if you are on the Windows bar right-click menu and click on 'Menu bar', it hides both the menu bar and the tool bar.

There are various interactions that can result in

    • a. Both Toolbar and Menu bar
    • b. no Toolbar, but Menu bar
    • c. no Toolbar, No Menu bar

While any particular combination could be beneficial to a user during a use case scenario, they seem to be mostly useful during fullscreen. A purist might only want to see a fullscreen, while others may want the handiness of these bars/menus.

    1. Load/Save Configuration File

    2. From the File Menu, the Load or Save Configuration file doesn't bring up a file selector

    3. The load/save snapshot works fine

    4. Under the Tools bar, there is an 'Options selections which invokes the Settings Dialogue box but nothing else. Maybe link it directly to the new 'Quick Settings' in the Settings Module"

There are now a lot of redundancies between this menu system and the other dialogue box. Since you have been revamping the Options box, are you considering removing these menus items as well?

In any case, thanks for your continual updates. I can't tell you how many people have told me how my videos (about Steem) have helped them enjoy their earlier computing days. But your software is the real hero!

I confirm those bugs, some missing code because those less used features weren't updated along with the rest.
I intend to keep all the redundancies because classic menu is keyboard-friendly.
