Thomas. On a somewhat related note, I would like to make classnames in 
the documentation link to the actual JavaDoc. The easiest way to do this 
is to create a link to the JavaDocs on the www.springframework.org 
website. Are we ok with the extra bandwidth this will potentially 
consume?  The only other real alternative I can think of is to try to do 
some sort of relative path setup, so it can work on the filesystem, but 
I'm not sure if this is possible given that the single html, mult-file 
html, and PDF docs all need to point to the same thing.
