#94 POP3 fetching script

Hi
Guess you've heard about mamboserver / joomla.
There's an addon for these called mammoblog (http://mamboxchange.com/projects/ottech/) which connects to a POP3 account, downloads mails with attachments and publish them on the site.
There's a setup for pop3 account, allowed sender addresses etc.

Then we have the ability to send and email / MMS with picture taken on a mobile phone and directly publish it on the web. Also publish news via regular email sent to this specific address.

Would someone please look at this PHP script and see if it could be easily ported to the Simple PHP Blog script as a plugin?
