After running into trouble with mail being able to be
sent through php code, I realized that it would be even
easier to manage if it were a mail system embedded
within the program, sort of like phpbb's messaging system.

This would take care of any problems caused by email
providers...

I will look into this for an upcoming version - this would
require that the blog owner has a SMTP server with
credentials that they could send mail through.

I kind of meant something like a personal blogging tool, I
guess.

The admin. could get notes sent to his "user" within the
program, allowing no need for any sort of mail protocol,
just another file that contains the messages, and can be
displayed in the admin's "messages" window (any name would
do though)
