#61 Numbered Posts and comments

Thanks a lot for this excellent scripts?

Please, can you allow for numbering of posts and
comments. If you look at Mybb forum script or Phorum
script, you can see what I mean. Both scripts number
posts and comments. The first post starts at #1, then
the first comment to the post is numbered #2, and so
on.
