There should be an optional feature requiring that anyone making a comment be "logged on" and identifiable, in some sense, to a sys admin.
OpenID is, at least in part, a mechanism for identifying users. I don't understand the options at this point, but one reads this at OpenID.net:
"Delegation is the simplest way to get up and running with OpenID. Delegation requires nothing more than an OpenID Provider and some basic HTML. If you want to host your own OpenID Provider, you’ll also need some coding experience, check out our page for Developers."
So there must be variations on the theme. Is there a way to discuss this before desinging and implementing it?
