This would be a great bit of functionality! I believe the OP is asking for links to "static" pages that contain the top 10 of each of the things requested. For me, I would just love the functionality to "Show Top 10 Posts/Entries/Whatever" and provide a page that shows list of the top 10 highest rated posts!
