#103 Turn SPHPB into some sort of CMS

I like SPHPB so much I'm planning to build my entire website with it. For that reason it would be nice to have an option to select some sort of template when you build a new static page. Doing so, you could the choose between p.e. a static page with/without a sidebar (of some other sort of template).
