I have done at least 4 installations on different sites and can never seem to get formatting buttons to appear in post editor. This doesn't appear to create a terrible obstacle so long as I know the coding convention for doing markup by hand. My problem, in particular, is creating hyperlinks. I figured out how to add images (the hard way). But no matter how I try to insert hyperlinks, I simply cannot get a properly functioning hyperlink to appear. Sorry if this is a duh question. Any help here?

just replace $head with $header for example in add.php (there are some other places though)
