NOTE: Maximum size for image uploads is 1.9073486328125E-6 MB. Adjust upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in php.ini to larger values if you need to upload bigger files.

Hmmm, well I guess its possible its something with your server setup. For example if PHP is configured to not allow that write (like via openbase_dir) then it will fail as well. Are you seeing anything in the PHP logs?

When i try to add entry I recive from server this message:

Off course all foder are with writable permits ( 777) and the server are php on safe_mode
1. What version are you using?
2. When logged in select "View PHP Configuration" and see if any problems are shown in the configuration checks.
I use simple php blog 0.7.0

from log file it's all ok i think , i ask to my hosing service if we are problems with sphpblog
