[SoX-users] OGG support from Windows 12.18 binary?

Will the Windows 12.18 sox binary distribution have OGG support or MP3
support when I add the necessary DLL files, or does it require a
compilation?

If I can just add the libraries, where do they need to be installed for
sox to see them?
