[SoX-users] stats: reporting separate Flat factor for min/max

Hi all, I've noticed "Flat factor" in the stats output combines the
min/max run counts into one statistic.

Wouldn't it be more useful to separate them into two statistics?

 "Flat factor (min)" and "Flat factor (max)"

When adding gain/compressing/limiting my recordings, I don't think I
need to care about min_runs at all, right?

I can submit a trivial patch to add two new stats if it makes sense.
