[SoX-users] Segmentation fault mac os x (10.5.6)

Hi!
I'm on a macbook running leopard 10.5.6. 
When I try to play a .wav-file I get a Segmentation fault and 
the file is not played back

Example:
anders-satters-
macbook-2:rawsnd anders$ /Users/anders/Downloads/sox-14.2.0/sox 
granny.wav -d

I have tried versions 14.3.1 (both downloaded binary and built 
from macports), 14.3.0 (binary) and 14.2.0, all versions 
givning the same result. What could be wrong?
