I guess it's either a filesystem limit, or a limitation of sox. Does your filesystem support files larger than 4G? Has your installation of sox been configured with --largefile? (It seems to be the default now, but anyway.) What exactly did sox (-V) say when stopping at the 4G limit? What is the size and header of the other file? Jan |
