[SoX-users] soxstdint.h / conflict MS SDK

Hi,

linking to libsox.lib (sox.h) and compiling with MSVC++ shows a conflict 
with MS SDK basetsd.h:

The errors ("new definitions")in soxstdint.h:
- INT8
- INT32
