On a Linux command line I have used eyeD3, id3, id3v2, id3too, and id3ed for MP3 tags. I don't know if any of those are available for Microsoft. SoX is not able to write tags, so far as I know. But lame can does mp3 encoding and can write tags. http://lame.sourceforge.net/links.php Down a ways on the page are links to pre-compiled binaries. -- Philip |
