[SoX-users] win32 compile of SoX 14

Hello all,

 

I'd like to request someone to compile a win32 binary from the SoX 14.0
source. I would like to use this program to de-emph one of my albums and the
changelog states this function has been improved upon compared to the older
12 compile that is available. Thank you very much in advance!
