#402 ntrs for yeast mating_type_region subregions

Hi,

I'd like to have a few terms generated for SGD. These terms are all sub-regions of the mating_type_region. I hope submitting them in one request will be fine. The terms:

W_region: "Leftmost segment of homology in the HML and MAT mating loci (not present in HMR)."
Y_region: "Segment of nonhomology between a and alpha mating alleles, found at all three mating loci (HML, MAT, and HMR), has two forms (Ya and Yalpha)."
Z1_region: "One of two segments of homology found at all three mating loci (HML, MAT, and HMR)."
Z2_region: "Rightmost segment of homology in the HML and MAT mating loci (not present in HMR)."

These can all be generated as part_of mating_type_region.
