#203 load scaling feature

JMeter has an ability to scale load among different hosts - how it works :
1. master host has jmeter run with some test plan load
2. slave hosts have jmeter run in server mode
3. master host add remote jmeters
4. master host run load

it is very usefull feature - to make it possible to do a greate load to AUT(application under test)
