File->Preferences, Tools tab, JAX-WS WSImport field.
It wants a directory where it will find the wsimport script.
In my C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_15\bin direcoty, I only have a wsimport.exe which soapui can't find/doesn't use.
Previously soapUI would only look for wsimport.bat (on a Windows system), but I have now added support for wsimport.exe as well. The fix will be in the upcoming nightly build of soapUI 3.0.x.
