Property Transfer generates Error

Error performing transfer [transferName] - error: Unexpected element: CDATA

I was attempting to transfer a property into a request xml using a trial version of soapUI Pro. When clicking the green arrow that runs the slected property transfer, the error occurs. Does this indicate a problem with wsdl, xsd, or ???

Other blogs point to incorrect use of the parsing methods. The same error was generated while trying to parse a string instead of a file. Is there a work around for this issue?

I got the same error when I tried to update a definition after I updated a schema. Schema is valid and changes I have made is prety simple. It seems like parser found some character which I can not see.
