#13 Problems with proxy server

I can only access the internet through a proxy server.
This caused an import of a WSDL file from the web to
hang.
I restarted SoapUI specfying my proxy server using -D
switches on the command line.
I can now import a WSDL file from the web.
However when I try to run a test it still hangs.
The send request interface does not seem to use the
proxy server settings.
