#1 Deleting old operations fails when updating definition

When updating an interfaces defintion and the old
definition has operations that should be deleted (with
the "none - delete operation" option in the "Map
Operation" dialog), selecting this option fails and
shows the same prompt again (and again and again and
again...).

Also, when selecting cancel in this dialog the
update-definition operation is not aborted but remains
in the same loop.
