#110 Rockband Wireless controllers don't get player numbers

It is expected that the controller would get a player number assigned and be able to give inputs to the game. However it never gets assigned a player number and thus it can't be used by the game.

So I suppose if you were willing to work on a fix for it, crediar, then he'd send you the money needed to buy a usb instrument to make a fix.

This bug seems like the same as issue #40 - wich appears to be fixed since somewhat around [r160] or so... (tried with [r163])
