I have download SmartCamAndroid_v1_4_0.apk but i cannot install the application at my android Sony Ericsson X-peria 8. It has android 2.1
I tried to install the app with "AppInstaller", "Easy Installer" and from ES File Explorer. All say "Error analysis, There was a problem during the analysis of the package".
Is there any other way? I like this idea!

At market i found an app smartcam but it is not at english and wants me to login.
I cannot found at market smartcam.webcam.
At the link you gave me it say: "This app is incompatible with your phone."
I also have this problem. I noticed we both have devices with android 2.1.
The android store smartcam webpage mention android 2.2 as minimum... so i guess thats why it doesn't work with our phones.
What am I wondering is why it's restricted to >2.2 devices. Many ap ps using the camera work on all devices.
Maybe it was just the developer "design" decision.
