Or the other way around you get a "bonus" for each charge the items has. The base chance could be 0 to force that the chargable object should have charges. Don't know if it would be worth it. There is a large difference between the number of charges of a grease can and a spellbook, so the actual bonus can't be independant of the type of object. |
