Although wands, spells and potions of polymorph are
disabled in the Black Market, it is still possible to
polymorph yourself by eating a chameleon, doppelganger
or genetic engineer, or using the #youpoly command.
As discussed in slashem-devel, we are going to try removing
all polymorph restrictions on the blackmarket level in the
current devel branch. Instead the plan is to make Sam pretty
much polymorph resistant (either via natural ability or via
armour etc as appropriate) and ensure that polymorphing his
assistants just results in an angry polymorphed assistant
that is of comparable difficulty level.

It turns out that Sam is already equipped with a shield of
reflection and gray dragon scale mail, so no change is
needed here.
Sam's assistants and their difficulty levels are as follows:

Normal polymorph rules will generate a random monster (with
an average difficulty level of 10.67). The harder monsters
also have higher magical resistance so that Goliath,
Njalnohar and Hilvuuloth all have over 70% chance of
resisting.
Given all this, I judge that there's no need to add any
tweaks, but we'll see. One possibility would be to reject
any monsters below a certain difficulty on the black market
level, but this would be hard to justify.
