Skybill: traffic accounting/limitation download

Skybill is the Perl scripts set for traffic counting at a small enterprise. Those include detalization and aggregation. Web frontend for viewing and limiting is included. It can be used in cionjunction with any log generator, I do with ipacctd and Squid.
