#1614 Localization error: Polish appears when Spanish is expected

Hi, when using the latest version of Skim, 1.7.15, with Spanish set as the interface language, Polish appears in one place where it should not.

To recreate:

1. Open Skim preferences ("Ajustes" in Spanish).
2. In the General tab, select the "Edición" tab next to "Configuración de vista incial de PDF:"
3. The first item is "Użyj dostępnych ustawień z PDF" but it should be "Usa los ajustes disponibles del PDF".

Additionally, if I can cram in another error, on that same panel, when clicking the first dropdown, one of the items has egregious text mistakes. "Dos Páginap continuass" should be "Dos páginas continuas", which fixes two orthography issues and regularizes capitalization to match the other items in the dropdown.
