As shown in attached screenshot, comparison w/ English screenshot (found online) shows that Japanese version has "syncable notes" either mistranslated or unavailable. The Japanese is フルスクリーン (fullscreen). Toggling on doesn't appear to affect fullscreen on/off, so I assume this is functional and just mistranslated?
