#1223 Not able to move anchored or text notes after creation

Hi,
For some reason, I cannot move anchored notes or text notes once they are created. i can resize,but I can't change the location in the PDF document. I tried dragging or clicking on it. Maybe there is something I'm not doing right, but this has never been a problem in the past.

I'm using Version 1.4.31 (105) on on Mac Sierra 10.12

For me this works (though I don't have 10.12 anymore).

For text notes, make sure you don't edit the text, which is now done automatically with creation. You may want to deselect it first by clicking outside the note, and then clicking it once.

As for anchored notes, make sure you move the actual icon, and not the plain square, which is a useless artefact Apple refuses to remove.

Same problem.

Recently repaired permissions, rebooted, etc.

Additionally, there is no icon anymore. Hasn't been for a while (though since when I don't recall). Just the "plain square."

As for text notes, make sure you are nor editing the text. You may have to
first click outside the note to stop editing.

As for anchored notes, you should see the actual icons. The plain squares
do nothing, they aren't really the notes. Are you sure you did not hide the
notes (see the Notes menu).
