Hello all, Couple of items. I have uClinux running on the CompUSA 4 port router (Samsung based). www.compusa.com item number 290331 for US$29.95. See: http://tinyurl.com/qerq The 512kB flash needs to be upgraded to 2MB at least. It uses 4MB of SDRAM which is kindof lite but will work just fine. I hope to get a web page up on it soon. I notice that the wireless version of this router is now US$29.95 with a $40.00 rebate. Its on the main CompUSA page. I'm sure it is based on the 4 port design also. I wont go into details here. I have the unit and played around with it alittle bit. You can read the mailing list archive on this unit. It uses a Conexant ARM9 SoC and runs uClinux natively. This page is dedicated to the hacking of the unit. ActionTec also is going to support the users with source code, etc!!!! See for details: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hactiontec/ Greg |
