[SimpleParse] Python 2.6 compatible version in bzr

I've just checked in a version of SimpleParse that compiles and passes 
all tests under Python 2.6 on AMD64 Linux.  If you are interested in 
Python 2.6 compatible SimpleParse, please consider checking out the 
source via:

    bzr branch lp:simpleparse

and testing to see if your parsers work under Python 2.6.
