From Conza Emanuela:
The variogram estimations change if I choose
azimuth 90 and tol. 100 or
azimuth 0 and tol. 100
all other parameters being the same.
I expect to have the same variogram estimations if the
tollerance is so
high (> 100), whatever is the azimuth!

    Bug fixed. Was using tol > pi to decide if variogram should
    be omni-directional, instead of tol > pi/2
