Sgems uses a Qt plug-in, called GsTLwidgets.dll. This
plug-in defines sgems-specific widgets. You must ensure that
Qt can find that plug-in. By default Qt looks in
$QTDIR/plugins/designer (where $QTDIR is the top level
installation directory of Qt, for example C:/Qt)
