#19 impossible to load training image in snesim

After compiling SGeMS 1.4 and 1.4.1 on Wndows XP Pro
using MSVC++ .Net 2003 and linking with qt-mt336.lib,
python24.lib snesim does not work.

The training image input box is blocked (see the
attached screen shot).

    It seems there is some problem with gui. Do you have the
    same problems with other algorithms (sgsim, kriging)?

    Sgems uses a Qt plug-in, called GsTLwidgets.dll. This
    plug-in defines sgems-specific widgets. You must ensure that
    Qt can find that plug-in. By default Qt looks in
    $QTDIR/plugins/designer (where $QTDIR is the top level
    installation directory of Qt, for example C:/Qt)
