This release fixes lots of little issues. The biggest issue it fixes is
gtlsshd was not working on MacOS because gtlsshd had a bug that
interacted with the kevent changes. I got Coverity scan and LLVM's
scan-build working on Windows and amazingly it only found two small
issues in the Windows-specific code. I also spent some time getting
fixing some issues on FreeBSD.

So tons of little fixes. You should probably upgrade if you can.
