Hi Simon, To give a little advance notice, the next version of Semantic Forms will have parameters called "minimum instances=" and "maximum instances=" for the "for template" tag, so that you can validate the number of instance of each template when the user submits the form. The bug, or change in behavior, you're talking about (it's probably a bug) wasn't intentional, but perhaps this new validation is a better solution anyway, than keeping open an instance?
