Great Jeroen! Thanks for fixing the template issue. I put Maps/Semantic Maps 0.6.5 on our system to see if that helped the scrollbar issue for us, but it didn't change anything. You can see it at http://dev.openei.org/wiki/TestGeoMap, click on any marker and it should show up without a scrollbar and overflowing out of the window. Do you have a link where I can see the scrollbar working? Maybe I can compare what we have with that version and see if something else is happening. The examples have been fixed, and should start working as soon as Semantic Maps (and Validator) are updated on referata. I'm unable to reproduce your scrollbar issue though - it appears to be working just fine. Can you link me to an example of it failing?
