#127 Provide Gadget

It would be cool if SemanticScuttle would provide a Google compatible gadget that lists i.e. the latest bookmarks.

• latest bookmarks
• latest bookmarks from a tag
• latest bookmarks from a user
• latest bookmarks from a search
• configurable number of returned bookmarks
