#127 Provide Gadget

It would be cool if SemanticScuttle would provide a Google compatible gadget that lists i.e. the latest bookmarks.

- latest bookmarks
- latest bookmarks from a tag
- latest bookmarks from a user
- latest bookmarks from a search
- configurable number of returned bookmarks
