[Seeks-users] Sonka License

Hi, there is a mistake on the Sonka license, it must not have the _NC_
(Noncommercial) restrictions as mentionned in the Makefile:
http://git.kafe-in.net/seeks-json.git/tree/Makefile

Why no use a license designed for software like GPL/BSD instead of CC?
