Hi, thank you for your answer. However, The centers that have followed these instructions tell me that the WIM repository has no problems (as shown in the screenshot).
So it is not possible to repair.
After uninstalling and reinstalling SEB, the problem still persists. (error see second attachment)
The error message you posted is from the installer. Regarding this error, try to install the .NET runtime manually, as the message already indicates. With respect to the original issue: We'll fix this with the upcoming patch version 3.1.1, to be release no later than end of this year.

The WMI repository of that machine is most likely corrupted. Try repairing it like described here: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-repair-or-rebuild-the-wmi-repository-on-windows-10/
