This patch stops sdcdb crashes when setting breakpoints as discussed in ticket [bugs:#3529]. This emits an error message instead of allowing an illegal memory access.

I have a second patch to submit which fixes the issue by getting sdcdb to parse the debug information correctly but I think that both patches should be applied.
