#2608 Footnote in table of data types broken

The foot notes in the table of data types in section 1.1 of the manual are broken. The footnote text is nowhere to be seen and (using okular) clicking the link brings me to the first page of the manual. The bug is already there for the manual from the snapshot from mid-July 2016 and it is still in the current [r9897] one, even though that table and its footnotes have changed quite in the meantime.
