It means that VMware sends TM command with forbidden by iSCSI RFC Initiator Task Tag value or the iSCSI header was for some reason corrupted. Can you reproduce that problem and send me the *good* log together with the corresponding network dump for the following two cases: 1. In the current configuration 2.
