Email bypassing filtering?

    Any ideas why this might be happening? seems to happen only on a specific email, but i have gotten it twice in the past 24 hours. Definitely spam.

    Port 587 is not scanned and requires authentication or IP trust. You can use 25.

    How do we know this happened on 587? it definitely didnt come from an IP I have allowed.
