I've installed ScrolloutF1, and after update appears red alert CACHE. When I click on it, nothing happens, alert still there. Maybe I can clear that cache manualy?

Apache is not listening on port 8080. Try to reboot
Is this setup by default and needed? Netstat doesnt show anything listening on 8080 even after a reboot.

That is not needed. Is a web proxy with cache.
If you are running Debian 8, an update should fix it.

How did you resolve this? I have the same alert on a new install based on Debian 8.3 - yes I know, Debian 8 is not officially supported.
